The content we need.

A clear list of what to share so we can tell the studio’s story through its work. Project folders, working drafts and a few bullet points are enough. Please send them in the existing project group.

Target · this week The team would like to wrap up this week, subject to the content, final branding and website review.

Eight things to share.

DesignFlo team

New project photographs & details

Send the newly photographed projects, including the two new projects discussed. Keep each project’s images and notes together in one folder.

  • Name, location, year, services provided and current status.
  • The client’s mandate, key challenges and the design response.
  • A gallery, preferred lead image, image credits and permission to publish.
  • Materials, details or bespoke elements worth highlighting.

Use the brief as the starting point: The Sanctuary at Mazaya BB1 brought nature indoors; iRise Tower had an open design brief, including a special table. Confirm final names and details for publication.

These inputs will also inform the hero image and a concise message, with “View selected works” or “View projects” as the primary action.

3D work in progress

Share selected 3D visuals for the work-in-progress section, with the project name or an approved display title, the brief, current stage and a short description.

Confirm which visuals can be published and the credits required. They will be clearly identified as 3D visuals or work in progress.

Philosophy

Send your first draft in your own words. How do you understand each client’s specific requests and develop the best design solution for those requirements? What does “curated” mean to the studio, and which principles guide your decisions?

The core website message is that DesignFlo develops the best design solutions based on each client’s specific requests and requirements.

The real process & client journey

Describe what it feels like to work with the studio, from the first conversation to completion. Bullet points are welcome.

  • Understanding the brief and agreeing the scope.
  • Presenting ideas and developing them with the client.
  • Handling feedback, decisions and approvals.
  • Managing challenges and keeping the client informed.
  • Delivery and handover.

A real example will help replace the current placeholder process copy with how the studio actually works.

Studio details

For the Studio (About) page, share a short introduction to DesignFlo, the services it offers, the types of projects it takes on, and how the studio works with clients from the initial brief to completion. These inputs will help us write the page so visitors understand the studio and what working with it involves. Supporting project or detail images are welcome.

Discuss internally and confirm whether to temporarily disable the team-details section. If you choose to hide it, we will retain it in the backend with an enable button so the team details can be displayed on the website in the future. This decision is awaiting your confirmation.

One or two client testimonials

Ask one or two clients for a short account of their experience. Send the approved wording, the attribution they are comfortable with and permission to publish.

Names, roles or company details will appear only where approved. A recognizable client roster is not required.

Contact details

  • WhatsApp number, including the country code.
  • The generic public email address to display.
  • The exact JLT address and a Google Maps link, if available.
  • Any postal or address details, verified by the studio.

Confirmed recipient for website inquiry notifications: admin@designflouae.com. Use this address for contact-form notification emails. The public-facing email address is still to be confirmed.

Shruti · Rudhraksh to coordinate

Branding deliverables

Share the approved font specification and available brand files so styling can proceed. The font was approved on the call; the logo needs the small refinements discussed.

When ready, send the final logo exports, colour specifications and usage guidance. Rudhraksh will coordinate with Shruti.

From content to completion.

Rudhraksh will develop the copy to show how DesignFlo creates the best design solutions for each client’s specific requests and requirements, update the pages and share the website for review. A backend walkthrough will show the team how to add projects and make edits.

The journal is planned for weekly posts that can also become social content. Project details, such as the phone booth discussed, can provide the first topics; the publishing workflow can be agreed during review.
