# DesignFlo — Content docket Website review · 5 October 2026 The content we need to complete the website, based on our meeting on 5 October 2026. Please share project folders, working drafts and contact confirmations in the existing project group. Bullet points are welcome; the content does not need to be polished. Use one folder per project, with its images and a short note together. The team would like to wrap up the project this week. That is the target discussed, subject to receiving the content, completing the branding refinements and reviewing the updated website. ## 01 — New project photographs & details Owner: DesignFlo team Please send the newly photographed projects, including the two new projects discussed on the call. For each project, include: - Project name, location, year, services provided and current status. - The client's original mandate: what they wanted the space to achieve. - The main challenges or constraints, and how the design responded to them. - A complete image gallery, a preferred lead image, image credits and confirmation that the images may be published. - Any details, materials or bespoke elements worth highlighting. The website should show why each project is different, as well as what it looks like. The Sanctuary at Mazaya BB1, 44th floor, was discussed as a response to a brief to bring nature indoors. iRise Tower was discussed as a more open design brief, including a special table. Please confirm the publication-ready names and details when sharing the project notes. These inputs will also help Rudhraksh develop a concise hero message, supported by a strong project image, with “View selected works” or “View projects” as the primary call to action. ## 02 — 3D work in progress Owner: DesignFlo team Please send selected 3D visuals for the work-in-progress section. Include the project name or an approved display title, the brief, the current stage and a short description of what the visuals show. Confirm which visuals can be published and any required credits. The website will identify these clearly as 3D visuals or work in progress. ## 03 — Philosophy Owner: DesignFlo team Please share the first draft of the philosophy page in your own words. Explain how you understand each client's specific requests and develop the best design solution for those requirements. Describe what “curated” means to the studio and the principles that guide your decisions. The core website message is that DesignFlo develops the best design solutions based on each client's specific requests and requirements. ## 04 — The real process & client journey Owner: DesignFlo team Please describe what it feels like to work with the studio, from the first conversation to completion. A simple sequence of bullet points is enough: - How you understand the brief and agree the scope. - How ideas are presented and developed with the client. - How feedback, decisions and approvals are handled. - How you manage challenges and keep the client informed. - What happens during delivery and handover. Share one real example if possible. This will replace the current placeholder process copy with an account of how the studio actually works. ## 05 — Studio details Owner: DesignFlo team For the Studio (About) page, please share a short introduction to DesignFlo, the services it offers, the types of projects it takes on, and how the studio works with clients from the initial brief to completion. These inputs will help us write the page so visitors understand the studio and what working with it involves. A few supporting project or detail images would also help. Discuss internally and confirm whether to temporarily disable the team-details section. If you choose to hide it, we will retain it in the backend with an enable button so the team details can be displayed on the website in the future. This decision is awaiting your confirmation. ## 06 — One or two client testimonials Owner: DesignFlo team Please ask one or two clients for a short testimonial about their experience of working with you. Include the approved wording, the attribution they are comfortable with and their permission to publish it. Names, roles or company details should appear only where approved. A recognizable client roster is not required. The completed work, real process and approved testimonials will provide the trust signals discussed. ## 07 — Contact details Owner: DesignFlo team Please confirm: - The WhatsApp number to publish, including its country code. - The generic public email address to display on the website. - The exact JLT studio address and, if available, the Google Maps location link. - Any postal or address details that should appear, verified by the studio. Confirmed recipient for website inquiry notifications: admin@designflouae.com. Use this address for contact-form notification emails. The public-facing email address is still to be confirmed. ## 08 — Branding deliverables Owner: Shruti · Rudhraksh to coordinate Please share the current approved font specification and available brand files so website styling can proceed. The font was approved on the call; the logo still needs the small refinements discussed. When ready, share the final logo exports, colour specifications and any usage guidance. Rudhraksh will coordinate with Shruti for these deliverables. ## What happens next Once the inputs arrive, Rudhraksh will develop the website copy to show how DesignFlo creates the best design solutions for each client's specific requests and requirements, update the pages and share the website for review. A backend walkthrough will then show the team how to add projects and make edits. The journal is planned for weekly posts that can also become social content. Details such as the phone booth or other project features can provide starting material. The publishing workflow and first topics can be agreed during the review.
