Website review & content direction

The website will lead with selected projects and show how DesignFlo develops the best design solutions based on each client’s specific requests and requirements. Real photographs, project stories and studio inputs will bring that message to life.

Website project review

Decisions made.

The points we aligned on, kept together for the next stage.

01Confirmed

The name is DesignFlo.

Use “DesignFlo” as one word, with a capital D and F and no trailing W. Correct “DesignFlow” wherever it appears on the website.

02Agreed direction

Solutions shaped around each client.

The website should communicate that DesignFlo develops the best design solutions based on each client’s specific requests and requirements. Each project story should explain what the client needed, how DesignFlo approached it, and why the chosen solution fits those needs.

03Agreed direction

Let the projects lead.

Visitors mainly arrive through references and want to see past work. Prioritise selected projects, supported by each client’s needs, the challenges and the design response.

04Direction set

A visual-led hero, with fewer words.

Replace the generic “spaces designed to be remembered” line with a strong project visual and a message of roughly 3–5 words. The primary action will be “View selected works” or “View projects”; final wording is still to be developed.

05Awaiting confirmation

Confirm whether to hide the team section.

The DesignFlo team will discuss internally and confirm whether the team-details section should be temporarily disabled. If they choose to hide it, retain the section in the backend with an enable button so it can be displayed on the website in the future.

06Confirmed

Website inquiries go to admin.

Send website contact-form inquiry notifications to admin@designflouae.com. Display a generic public email such as contact, info or hello; the public-facing address still needs confirmation. Use the JLT address discussed.

07Agreed direction

Keep a journal for ongoing stories.

Retain the Journal page for weekly posts that can also become social media content. Project details and individual design elements can supply the stories; a publishing schedule has not been set.

Behind the decisions.

Context, examples and the details that shaped the direction.

01

Content first, then the design around it.

The page flow has not changed since the earlier review. Copy and project updates were waiting on photographs and project details. Rudhraksh recommended defining the message and available material first, then shaping the content and design around it.

  • The team asked for a docket explaining what information is needed.
  • The website can be completed once the necessary inputs are shared and reviewed.
02

Who the website needs to speak to.

Most visitors come through references, with some marketing, and mainly want to see the studio’s past projects. Supporting pages should help visitors understand the studio and feel comfortable getting in touch.

  • Social media messaging is still being set up.
  • Separate landing pages were recommended for online campaigns once their messaging is defined.
03

The best solution for each client’s needs.

DesignFlo develops the best design solutions based on each client’s specific requests and requirements. The website should show how the studio understands those needs and turns them into a considered solution.

  • The Sanctuary, on the 44th floor of Mazaya BB1, responded to a brief to bring the owner’s love of nature and the outdoors into the office.
  • The iRise Tower project allowed a broader “design as you like” approach, including a special table.
  • “Curated” describes how each solution is developed around the individual client’s brief.
04

The image should carry the message.

An Apple headphones creative was used to illustrate how the image can carry most of the communication, supported by only a few words. The homepage should pair a clear message with a visual that makes it immediately understandable.

  • Use real project work where it supports the message.
  • Final hero copy and imagery will be developed from the new inputs.
05

Trust through work, process and testimonials.

A recognisable client list cannot currently be published. The team can instead request testimonials from one or two clients, while project stories and a clear working process provide additional evidence.

  • Replace the AI-generated process placeholder with real studio input.
  • Explain what the client needed, what was difficult and why particular design decisions were made.
06

Studio, philosophy and the Journal.

The team will write the philosophy content. The Studio (About) page needs an introduction to DesignFlo, its services and kinds of projects, and an explanation of how it works with clients. Journal stories can also be reused on social media.

  • The DesignFlo team will discuss internally and confirm whether to temporarily disable the team-details section.
  • If the team chooses to hide the section, retain it in the backend with an enable button so it can be displayed on the website in the future.
  • A weekly journal approach was discussed; no launch date or fixed editorial calendar was agreed.
07

Contact, branding and the finish line.

The JLT address was considered sufficient, with a Google Maps link suggested for convenience. The confirmed recipient for website inquiry notifications is admin@designflouae.com; the public-facing email should be generic and remains to be confirmed. Branding is almost ready: the font is approved and the logo requires refinements.

  • The team will share the WhatsApp number in the group.
  • Confirm address and postal details before publication; the transcript alone is not an authoritative source for those details.
  • The client wants to wrap up this week, with final progress dependent on the content and branding inputs.

Bring it all together.

Client target: wrap up this week.

The team asked to finish during the week of 5–11 October 2026. This is the client’s target, dependent on receiving the photographs, written inputs and branding assets; no fixed delivery day was agreed.

The next handover is the content.

DesignFlo supplies the project, philosophy, process, Studio and contact inputs. Rudhraksh then updates the copy and website, incorporates the available final branding and shares the result for review.

A backend walkthrough follows.

The team requested a workshop showing where content is entered and how projects can be added or edited in future. Arrange it alongside the final review; no training date was set during the call.
